DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Our position

downloadxAI respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders. We do not host, store, or distribute any videos. Our service provides instructions and tooling that reference publicly available pages only — no video files ever pass through or reside on our servers.

2. How to submit a complaint

If you believe content accessible through links processed by our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@videodownloaderai.com with the subject line "DMCA Complaint". Your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, including the direct link(s) to the work in question.
  • Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder (e.g., registration, publishing agreement, or a statement of good faith).
  • Your full name, organization (if any), and reliable contact details: email address and, where available, phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
  • A physical or electronic signature.

3. Response commitment

We review every complete complaint within 48–72 hours of receipt. Where a complaint is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include blocking the referenced URL patterns and cooperating with the relevant platform.

4. Counter-notices

If you believe your content was wrongly flagged, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the material and explaining the basis of the error. We will evaluate counter-notices within 48–72 hours as well.

5. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for anyone determined to be a repeat infringer.
