Disclaimer

1. Adult content

This website is intended exclusively for adults. downloadxAI provides instructions and tools for downloading videos from ThisVid, which is an adult content platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. An age gate protects access to the site.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the terms of service of the source platform. Laws on downloading online video vary by jurisdiction — it is your duty to know the rules that apply to you.

3. Strictly prohibited content

You must not use this Service to download:

• Content that infringes any copyright or related right;
• Content depicting minors in any sexual context — such material is illegal to produce, possess, or distribute everywhere, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — recording or distributing it is a serious crime in most jurisdictions;
• Any other content whose download or possession is unlawful where you live.

4. No affiliation, no hosting

downloadxAI is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ThisVid. We do not host, store, or distribute any videos; the Service only references publicly available pages.

5. No warranty

All information and tools are provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any consequences arising from use of this Service.
